New Delhi: Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif, who have been married for over a year, frequently talk about their married life during media interactions when asked about the same. While promoting his recent release While promoting his latest release Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, Vicky revealed that Katrina holds weekly meetings with the staff at their house over budget. 


In an interview with News Tak, he said, “The most fun experience is when she (Katrina) holds a meeting in the house every week, or every other week. She gets the entire staff together and discusses the budget of the house. She takes account of how the money is being spent, the expenses and it's a great thing. But when that discussion happens, I enjoy it. I'm in the audience and I sit with popcorn.” 


When asked who is the one to save more between the two of them, Vicky replied, “It depends on what we are buying and who is more interested in that. If we are buying something that I am more interested in, then she says that we should stick to the budget. If it is something she is interested in, then I say ‘why so much…’ and then she says, ‘No no, I am fond of this’.” 


He also said that their wedding is like ‘paranthe weds pancake.’ “Our wedding is like paranthe weds pancake. Both are the same in a way but she loves pancakes. I love paranthe.”  


When asked if the actress stops her from earting paranthe, Vicky replied: “No, she also eats paranthe. She loves paranthe made by my mom.” 


Earlier during the trailer launch of the film, Vicky had shared that Katrina wanted to buy an expensive bar but he was not interested in it as it was an expensive one. 


“We have a lot of discussions about furniture at home. Like for example, Madam (Katrina) wants to have a bar at home. She sent me the bar she is thinking to buy, I saw that and thought ye bohot mehenge hai, main he tray leke kahada ho jauga but ye nahi aayega (I would myself stand with a tray, but we can’t buy it because it is too expensive). This is worth my signing amount! So I said, no, this can’t happen,” he said at the launch.
