New Delhi: Actress Trisha Krishnan is in mourning at the death of Zorro, her beloved pet dog, on Christmas morning. The tragic news was shared by the actress with her fans and followers on social media. Trisha, who called Zorro her "son," expressed her grief in a heartfelt Instagram post. 


The actress wrote, "My son Zorro passed away early this Christmas morning. For those who know me well know that my life has zero meaning henceforth. My family and I are broken and in a state of shock."






In addition, the actress said that she will be taking a break from her public life and career to grieve privately. She wrote, "Will be taking some time off work and will be off the radar."


The actress posted sweet photos of her beloved Zorro, highlighting their unique relationship. One of the photos include a graveside memorial with a paw-shaped tombstone, flowers, diya, and candles. “Zorro 2012-2024” she captioned. 






The comment section was flooded by Trisha's fans who wanted to express their sympathies and provide support during this tough period. A fan said, "Don't feel bad because your son Zorro also wouldn't want you to be sad," while another one wrote, "Stay strong."

Trisha Krishnan recently appeared with Vijay in Lokesh Kanagaraj's 2023 smash hit 'Leo'. Earlier this year, Trisha was also a cast member of the Telugu online series 'Brinda'. Meanwhile, 'Vidaamuyarchi', 'Good Bad Ugly', 'Thug Life' and 'Suriya 45' are some of her forthcoming projects.
