New Delhi: Rakhi Sawant is in Mecca to perform her first Umrah. The former 'Bigg Boss' contestant was seen in an abaya on social media. Several paparazzi accounts shared pictures and clips of Rakhi Sawant. In one, Rakhi herself informs fans that she is heading to Mecca.
For the unversed, Umrah is a pilgrimage done by Muslims to the holy city of Masjid al-Haram in Mecca. Rakhi was also seen in branded couture by Shaista Ali Khan and also posing with the entrepreneur.
Rakhi herself shared a pap video of her in flight on her social media handle. No sooner had Rakhi done that her Instagram was ablaze with hate and trolls from all corners. However, Rakhi's loyal fans wished her all the very best.
A user wrote, "Yaar esne islam kaa mazaal bnaa k rakh diya hai, aur yee kis naam see gyi hai. Yaa to nangi ghumna bnd kr de, Yaa islam see hat jaaye, duaa yhi hai ki allah esko hidayat dede. ( She had made a mockery of Islam. She would either change her way of clothing or not follow Islam)
Another wrote, "Had hai bhai ab ye kya naya chochla hai iska’. A comment read, "Chalo isne kahwat poori kerdi.. 100 chuhe khake billi Haj ko chali."
A user wrote, "Rakhi you are the best for me."
On the other hand, Rakhi Sawnt and Adil Khan Durrani have been in the news for their very public discord and charges of allegations targeting each other. The two tied the knot in 2022 after Rakhi allegedly accepted Islam and even changed her name to Fatima. However, the relationship seems to have fallen apart due to extra-marital affairs,sexual harassment, abuse and more.
After Adil Khan was released from Mysore jail this week, he organised a press conference to counter all of Rakhi's fake allegations allegedly. He counter defamed her on many accounts and called her allegations 'fake'.
