About 'India's Got Latent' Controversy
Ranveer, Samay Raina, Ashish Chanchlani, and Apoorva Mukhija, also known as The Rebel Kid, were all featured on an episode of India's Got Latent in February. A lot of people were angry with Ranveer for what he said about parenting and sex in the show.
Ranveer had to write an apology when the National Commission for Women (NCW) intervened, which further intensified the situation. His comments were deemed "vulgar," and he was accused of having a "dirty mind" that brought disgrace to society.
The Supreme Court allowed Ranveer to start posting his podcasts and programs on social media again on March 3. However, he had to offer an assurance that The Ranveer Show will maintain "morality and decency" and be appropriate for all age groups.
