New Delhi: Dramatic moments are rarely absent from award shows, and the most recent Filmfare Awards were no different. Ranbir Kapoor appeared to ignore Karan Johar and Ayushmann Khurrana, who were hosting the award show, in a widely shared video from the occasion.

Karan Johar, Ranbir Kapoor episode

In the video, Karan came up to the actor and demanded that he assist him, saying, "Only Ranbir can do it, Ranbir will do it, Ranbir should do it; Ranbir must help us." "Sunayi de raha hai, behra nahi hoon main (I can listen, I am not deaf)" was the line that an enraged Ranbir interrupted him with. Even though Ranbir seemed annoyed by the argument, it was clear that it was all part of a planned performance the three of them had put together for the award show.
