New Delhi: Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt continued their longstanding custom of having Christmas lunch with the Kapoor family. At this year's celebration, everyone finally got to get the first glimpse of their daughter Raha's face. Members of the Kapoor family took to social media to post photos and videos from their joyous reunion, which included Alia, Ranbir, Karisma, Babita, Aadar, Alekha, Navya Naveli, Agastya, and Aadar's girlfriend Alekha Advani. On top of that, inside footage showed Ranbir having a good time, contributing to the celebratory mood of the party by lighting up a cake.
Aadar Jain posted a video to his Instagram stories that has Ranbir Kapoor and the rest of the Kapoor khandaan gathered around a table. Standing on the other side, capturing the incident on her phone, was Navya Naveli Nanda. While Zahaan Kapoor poured spirit over the cake, Ranbir used a lighter to fire it, and Rima Jain's son Armaan Jain was also seen filming.
'Jai mata di!' is what Ranbir says as he lights the cake on fire. Laughter erupted from the crowd as Ranbir lit the Christmas cake.
After being uploaded on many Ranbir Kapoor fan sites, the video quickly became viral.
At the Christmas lunch, Ranbir appeared dressed casually yet stylishly in a black t-shirt, grey blazer and black trousers. Alia Bhatt, in contrast, looked very lovely in a black minidress with flower prints in red. Little Raha wore a wonderful dress and her hair was arranged in two cute ponytails with clips, which made her seem more adorable.
Fan reactions to Ranbir's introduction of Raha to the world were overwhelmingly positive.
