The TV star said she has mixed feelings about her husband's fame since it has affected her self-image in contrast to that of Priyanka Chopra and Sophie Turner, the wives of Nick and Joe Jonas. Danielle's comments highlighted the complexity of high-profile relationships.
Nick Jonas and Priyanka finally tied the knot in 2018. They welcomed their daughter Malti through a surrogate in 2022.
‘Game of Thrones’ actor Sophie Turner married Joe Jonas in May 2019 in Las Vegas. Sophie and Joe's first child, a daughter called Willa, was born in July 2020, and their second daughter in July 2022.
Last week, Danielle spoke about having famous sisters-in-law on the LadyGang podcast. As quoted by Buzzfeed, “I am so different than him. It’s actually made it work even more because we’re not trying to fight for the fight celebrity part of it or whatever, but it is a love-hate. I feel like I am torn. I feel like I am torn. Finding my place in it, because the two boys married somebody who, they’re actresses, they’re out there, everyone knows them. And I feel like I’m Danielle, you know, and it's hard.”
Danielle added, "It's also that, like, I'm out there celebrity-wise because I've married you. And that's where it's like, 'Oh, I wanna have something else to my name too.' So that it feels, I don't know... More than, or like, the other girls. 'Cause then when I'm with the other girls, I feel just less than sometimes. It's weird."
Kevin also said that he frequently feels the same way about his younger siblings, noting that they both have more successful solo professions than he does.
Danielle, Priyanka, and Sophie appeared together in the music video of ‘Sucker’ and ‘What a Man Gotta Do’.
