Speculation arose after a post on Reddit gained traction, suggesting that Mahira and Salim were anticipating their first child together. The post also alleged that Mahira had withdrawn from her projects, including Netflix's 'Jo Bachey Sang Samait Lo' and another unnamed film, due to her pregnancy.
However, Mahira Khan has come forward to address these rumours. Speaking to Express Tribune, she refuted the pregnancy rumours, stating, “It’s not true that I’m pregnant. And I haven’t left the Netflix series.”
