Amid reports of Oscar-winning composer A.R. Rahman being admitted to hospital due to chest pain, his spokesperson has issued update on his health.

Amid reports of A.R. Rahman experiencing chest pain/neck pain, his spokesperson has clarified that nothing of the sort has happened. The spokesperson stated that he returned from London yesterday and had been experiencing issues like acidity and dehydration during Ramadan. As a result, he visited the hospital for a check-up, but he is completely fine now.
"AR Rahman visited Apollo Hospitals, Greams Road this morning with dehydration symptoms and got discharged after routine check-up," an official statement issued by Apollo Hospitals stated.
Earlier, there were reports that he is undergoing angiography treatment at a Chennai hospital.
