New Delhi: On Tuesday, Madhuri Dixit posted a message on her Instagram account to wish her husband Dr. Shriram Nene a happy 24th wedding anniversary. Through a montage, the actor highlighted some special moments from their long marriage.
Madhuri's montage featured images of Shriram and her over the years, as well as images from their holidays and YouTube cooking demonstrations. In the caption of the photo, Madhuri wrote, "Here’s to another year of togetherness ❤️#happyanniversary #24thyear #love"
She selected the 2019 song Lover by Taylor Swift as the soundtrack.

Shriram was quick to comment on the Instagram post, “To the love of my life, Happy 24th wedding anniversary. It seems like just yesterday that we started our journey and now we are already empty nesting with the boys in college. Here is to the many years ahead doing more amazing things, together. #Soulmates (red heart emoji).”
As soon as Madhuri shared the post, several celebrities took to the comments section to extend their heartiest congratulations to the couple.

In a customary Maharashtrian wedding, Madhuri wed Shriram in 1999. She was at the height of her career at the time, but she took a long hiatus and moved to Denver, Colorado in the United States. Shriram is a surgeon. The couple is parents to their two sons: Arin and Ryan. Madhuri and her husband relocated to India in 2011.
