Disha Patani is one of the fittest actors in Bollywood. Her fitness level and sense of discipline that she has, has been a source of inspiration to many out there. Recently, in an interaction, Disha shared that she has been eating the same lunch-dinner and meals for the last many, many years. Interestingly, Patani also shared an interesting fact about her lifestyle that throws more light on her fit physique.


What does Disha Patani eat in a day?
 


For the Disha Patani fans out there, this is what Disha eats in a day to stay fit. In an interaction with Peepingmoon, Patani was asked about her fitness routine and her health secrets.


Disha shared that the first thing she takes in the morning is a couple of glasses of water, turmeric water and a special tea. 


For her breakfast, Disha eats eggs, bread and the regular stuff.


For her lunch, Disha added that she takes 'any protein source, carbs and vegetables on the side. As for her dinner, Patani added that that too is quite similar to her lunch.


Disha stated that she is quite boring when it comes to her meals and that she has been eating the same meals for so many years that she cannot remember. 


The ‘Bharat’ actress also added that she avoids snacks as they make her full and she ends up missing her main meal.


What is Disha Patani’s favourite workout?


When she was asked what time of the day she likes to work out, Disha said that she likes to train in the morning. "By training, I mean dance or gymnastics or kickboxing; one of these things. And, I usually weight-train in the evening."


The ‘MS Dhoni’ actor was also asked her favourite workout, to which she instantly said ‘Weight training’.


Disha Patani also added that she works out almost every day and that it has become more of a lifestyle choice as she feels she has missed out on something the day she does not work out.
