Katrina Kaif Requested Paparazzi To Delete Her Pictures With Vicky Kaushal During Dating Days

New Delhi: The paparazzi culture that got a boost post the COVID-19 lockdown, has today's generation hooked to their mobile phones, who keep scrolling Instagram and other social media handles to keep a tab on their favourite celebrities. Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora's son Arhaan Khan along with his friends Dev Raiyani and Arush Verma, recently hosted the Mumbai paparazzi on their latest podcast, 'Dumb Biryani.'

The paps named Sneh Zala and Vishal Mohan, who work in digital content creator Manav Manglani's team, divulged some of the Hindi film industry's closely guarded secrets. They related one incident from Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif's initial dating days when the actress requested the paparazzi to delete their pictures after being clicked together in exchange for exclusive solo pictures, later.

Opening up about the secrets of Bollywood celebs, Sneh Zala said, “Katrina had once stopped me from clicking her pictures. When her relationship with Vicky was new, I had clicked their picture. She said delete those pictures, I will give you solo exclusive pictures, when I get ready and come. The manager had taken my number and after a week, she called me outside Yash Raj Studios."

Sneh Zala recalled another incident when he was on a vacation in Goa and got a call from his boss to head to the airport because a celeb couple was heading for Mumbai. 

He said, “While I was in Goa, I got a call from my boss that there was a couple. I had to spot them at the Goa Airport because after reaching Mumbai airport, they will separate before heading out. When I reached the airport, I waited for hours. Finally they arrived and I spotted them.”

On being asked the details of the couple, he said, "Aditya, aage ka tum jodlo (Aditya, rest you can guess).” Another pap chimed in and revealed that Aditya and Ananya had been papped together earlier but the 'Kho Gaye Hum Kahan' actress had requested them to delete the video.

Power couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, who welcomed their daughter Raha in November 2022, broke the internet when they revealed their little one's face at the Kapoor's Christmas party in 2023. Earlier, the couple had requested for Raha's "privacy" from the paparazzi, asking them not to click her pictures.

Talking about the same, Sneh Zala said, "They told us that even if we happen to click a picture where her face is visible, we should hide it by using an emoticon. But we didn’t do that, we wouldn’t click at all, she is a baby. That was something we always maintained. Even during Taimur–though Saif and Kareena never asked us not to–we would avoid filming certain visuals, like him going to school with his nanny."

“We would never cross that line of privacy. The internet broke when Raha’s face was revealed. On Twitter, Alia, Ranbir and Raha, all three were trending on the same day! It was a big dhamaka for us,” he added.
