New Delhi: Kangana Ranaut and Chirag Paswan's reunion at NDA's Parliamentary meet in New Delhi on Friday has fans wanting to see more of the two together. The parliamentarians, who are also actors, were former co-stars in the 2011 movie 'Mile Na Mile Hum'.

A video of the two has been doing the rounds on social media in which we see Kangana in a mint blue saree greeting Chirag as the two shake hands and share some laughs. Kangana Ranaut is a member of the Bhartiya Janta Party while Chirag is the Lok Janshakti Party( Ram Vilas) president.


 






'Mile Na Mile Hum' was Chirag Paswan's only film. In the film, he played a tennis player whom Kangana's character falls in love with.

Earlier, Chirag had shared that he was eager to meet Kangana again. "I am looking forward to meet her. We shared a good relationship, worked in a film. We will be meeting in Parliament. I think she is a strong lady; she voices herself very articulately and I am looking forward to listening to her in Parliament,” PTI quoted Paswan as saying.


Kangana Ranaut slap incident


Recently, Kangana opened up about being hit on the face and abused by a woman CISF constable during a security check at the Chandigarh airport on Thursday. The incident came to light two days after Ranaut won from the Mandi Lok Sabha seat in Himachal Pradesh.


Constable Kulwinder Kaur, who allegedly was upset with Kangana over her stand on the farmers' protests, was suspended and an FIR lodged against her, officials said.


Kangana also questioned her colleagues and members of the film industry for being silent on the slap incident that happened with her.

In a now deleted Instagram story, Kangana wrote, "Dear film industry, you all are either celebrating or are totally mum on the airport attack on me remember if tomorrow if you walking disarmingly on some street of your country or anywhere else in the world and some Israeli / Palestinian hits you or your children just because you tried to bring eyes to Rafah or stood up for Israeli hostage... then you will see I will be fighting for your rights of free speech, if someday you wonder why I am where I am remember you are not me."


Several Bollywood celebs including Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra, Sonakshi Sinha, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Varun Dhawan, Dia Mirza and Richa Chadha among others shared the viral phrase 'All Eyes on Rafah' to express solidarity with Palestinians. The phrase became popular on social media after Israeli air strikes killed several Palestinians in the sourthers Gaza city of Rafah.
