New Delhi: Kangana Ranaut did not like Twinkle Khanna's lighthearted comparison of males to garbage bags. The actress posted a video of Twinkle discussing the importance of having a male in a woman's life on Instagram Stories, making a lighthearted comparison between them and a handbag. Kangana did not take the joke well. She questioned Twinkle's idea of feminism and called the actress married to Akshay Kumar, "a privileged brat."

Kangana wrote, "What are these privileged brats who call their men polythene bags, are they trying to be cool? Nepo kids born with silver spoon, given film careers on golden platters, couldn’t do justice to that for sure, least they could do find some joy and fulfilment in selflessness of motherhood that also seems like a curse in their case what exactly do they want to be? Vegetables? Is that feminism?”

To the comment, Twinkle Khanna has not yet responded. For the uninitiated, Twinkle is the daughter of former Bollywood superstar Rajesh Khanna and actress Dimple Kapadia. She made an attempt at acting, costarring with Shah Rukh Khan in the 1999 film Baadshah and Aamir Khan in the 2000 film Mela. She gave up acting when she got married to Akshay Kumar and tried her hand at writing instead.

Twinkle Khanna has written several books so far and also launched her recent one titled 'Welcome to Paradise' in November last year. Taking to Instagram, she shared the cover of the book and wrote, “Welcome to Paradise, my 4th book, is a collection of stories that explore the depths of heartbreak, relationships, and deception. Some of these characters have lived inside my head for the last five years, and now they are ready to meet all of you:)”.

On the work front, Kangana Ranaut will next be seen in 'Emergency' essaying the role of Indira Gandhi. The actress also serves as the film's director.
