New Delhi: Kajol Devgan was most recently seen in her OTT debut 'The Trial' which is the Hindi adaptation of the Hollywood series 'The Good Wife'. The show seems to have brought the yesteryear star new fame and massive appreciation. Now, it seems, Kajol has purchased a brand new office space in Mumbai. As per a report by Propstack, Kajol bought the property last month. The office space is worth Rs. 7.64 crores and is in the prime location in a Mumbai suburb.
As per Propstack documents, the office space is spread across 194.67 square metres, as per Real Estate Regulatory Authority regulations. Kajol's new office is along Veera Desai Road in Andheri West in the posh neighbourhood of Oshiwara. Most Bollywood actors and filmmakers have their offices in this area.
Many production houses and studios are also located in Andheri.
As per reports, Kajol Devgan brough the property from Vir Savarkar Projects Pvt Ltd on July 28. Kajol and her husband and actor Ajay Devgn have been investing in real estate for quite some time. Earlier this year, Ajay purchased five office units spread over an area of 13,293 sq. feet wheres Kajol bought a lavish apartment.
Ajay Devgn has also begun investing and redeveloping a cinema chain which goes by the name NY in Lucknow, Ahmedabad and in the North East. As per some media reports, Ajay's three office units are worth Rs. 3.35 crores while the other two cost him Rs. 14.74 crores.
Meanwhile, Kajol's recent apartment purchase is said to be worth Rs. 16.5 crores.
On the work front, Kajol was seen in 'The Trial' and will next be seen in the Netflix film 'Do Patti'. Ajay, on the other hand, was seen in his directorial 'Bholaa' and will also be seen in Amit Sharma's 'Maidaan'. Ajay Devgn an Kajol seem to be on an investing spree from the profits made from their works.
