Reports Of Jaya Bachchan's Mother's Death Not True, Indira Bhaduri Hospitalised In Bhopal

Jaya Bachchan's mother and Amitabh Bachchan's mother-in-law, Indira Bhaduri, has been hospitalised in Bhopal.

Indira Bhaduri News: Jaya Bachchan's mother and Amitabh Bachchan's mother-in-law, Indira Bhaduri, has been hospitalised in Bhopal. She has been unwell for the past few days and has been under medical supervision. It is reported that Indira Bhaduri suffered a spinal fracture, after which she was hospitalised.

As her condition worsened, Amitabh Bachchan's son, Abhishek Bachchan, rushed to Bhopal late at night. Jaya Bachchan has also arrived in Bhopal. Other members of the Bachchan family, including Amitabh Bachchan, are on their way.

What did the caretaker say?

She said, "She is fine. She has a minor fracture in her spine, which is why she is in the hospital. She is eating and drinking and also talking." When asked if Abhishek and Jaya would come to visit, the caretaker replied, "I don’t know, but they will come to visit, of course. Family always comes." She refused to provide details about which hospital Indira Bhaduri is admitted to.

Indira Bhaduri lives alone in Ansal Apartments, located in Shyamla Hills, Bhopal. Her husband, Taroon Bhaduri, was a journalist and writer who worked for several newspapers. He passed away in 1996.

According to reports, Indira Bhaduri was hospitalised late Tuesday night. Abhishek Bachchan was the first to reach his grandmother’s house. It is reported that Amitabh Bachchan, along with other family members, is arriving in Bhopal by chartered plane. Abhishek and Shweta Bachchan are both very close to their grandmother.

Jaya Bachchan’s parents had deep roots in Madhya Pradesh, where Jaya herself was born. She has two sisters, Rita and Nita. Rita is married to actor Rajeev Verma. As for Jaya Bachchan’s career, she ventured into the film industry at a young age, debuting at just 15 years old with Satyajit Ray’s Mahanagar.
