Ticketing scam around Diljit Dosanjh's concerts seems to be a bone of contention for many fans who could not get access to tickets even after bookings opened. Once again, during his Jaipur concert, Diljit apologised for the unfortunate ticketing fraud assuring fans left with invalid tickets that neither he nor his team was involved in the issue and that the local authorities were investigating the matter. 


He also asked his fans to stay away from unauthorised ticket sellers and only purchase tickets from official partners.

During his Jaipur concert on Sunday, Diljit said on stage,"If anyone has fallen victim to a ticketing scam, I apologise to that person. We have not done this. Authorities are currently investigating the matter".


 "Our tickets sold out so fast, even we didn’t get to know," he added.


Ahead of ths concert, which took place at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre( JECC) in Sitapura area, the Jaipur Police also issued an advisry, asking people not to fall victim to fake ticket scams around the concert.


"SCAM ALERT!! Beware of fake tickets! Only valid tickets will be valid for entry into Diljit Dosanjh's concert. Only tickets sold by Zomato Live and Scope Entertainment are valid; all others are illegal," a post by Jaipur Police on X said. "Entry will not be granted with fake tickets. Beware of fake ticket sellers and stay away from unauthorised buying and selling," it added.

Dil-Luminati Tour 2024 ( India)


In response to the high demand, Dosanjh added more shows to his 'Dil-Luminati Tour' in September, including cities like Indore, Bengaluru, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Guwahati.


Diljit Dosanjh has been on tour for the most part of 2024. He has performed in the US, Canada, this year in several cities in Europe. Dosanjh also scripted history by becoming the first Punjabi artist to perform at Vancouver's BC Place Stadium and the first Indian artist to grace the cover of Billboard Canada.
