Deepika Padukone Shares Childhood Memories and Exam Struggles

Making a grand entrance, Deepika greeted students with a warm smile before sharing a lighthearted anecdote from her childhood. “I was a very naughty child. I would always climb onto tables, chairs, and sofas and jump off them," she recalled with a laugh.

She also opened up about her exam experiences, admitting, “I used to get extremely stressed during exams, particularly because I was weak in math – a subject I still struggle with."

‘Being Stressed Is Natural’: Deepika’s Advice on Handling Pressure

During the session, Deepika provided valuable tips for managing stress and encouraged students to express their emotions rather than suppress them.

“We all face stress. I was really weak in Maths—still am! Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also mentioned in his book that we should always express our feelings instead of suppressing them. Journaling is a great way to do that," she advised.

Emphasizing a healthy approach to exam preparation, she added, “Being stressed is natural and it is a part of life. How we handle it is the important thing… Having patience is important regarding the exams and the results… We can only do what is in our control; we can sleep well, hydrate well, exercise, and meditate."
