Tiwary recalled, "I was standing outside the theater after the first screening when I saw Ranbir walking towards me with a certain energy. He hugged me and said, 'You guys have made a super hit film! It's outstanding. Don't listen to anyone for the first two to three days because this will have longevity beyond the Mondays and the Fridays.' I was like, 'Really?' He was genuinely excited and happy for us. It felt incredible."

The film's celebrity screening was also attended by Kareena Kapoor Khan, Malaika Arora, and Arjun Kapoor, who couldn't stop expressing their admiration for the film. Avinash talks about his bond with 'Laila Majnu' co-star Triptii Dimri

Discussing his co-star Triptii Dimri's response to the film's success, Tiwary mentioned, "Triptii messaged me saying that she heard amazing things about my performance and that she's really happy for me. She hadn't seen the film yet. She should see it soon! She reached out upon hearing about the film's positive response. I did the same when 'Animal' happened."

Having previously starred alongside Triptii in "Laila Majnu" and "Bulbbul," Tiwary expressed his admiration for her talent, stating, "There's a lot of respect I have for her. She's truly one of the finest actors in this new generation of actresses. I'm so happy that we were together (professionally) in the initial part of her career. I hope we do something else and something bigger very soon."

While Tiwary has been a favorite among critics, "Madgaon Express" marks his first taste of box office success. Excited about this achievement, he has a special message for the audience, saying, "I want to reach out to everyone who keeps messaging me, expressing regret for not watching 'Laila Majnu' in theaters. 'Madgaon Express' is also a very nice film. If 'Laila Majnu' made them cry a lot, this one will make them laugh a lot. They shouldn't regret missing it."
