While Arjun and his sister Anshula are from Boney Kapoor’s first marriage, Janhvi and Khushi are daughters from his second marriage to the late Sridevi.

Recently, Arjun revealed that he is still working on developing a deeper bond with his younger sisters, emphasizing that building strong relationships requires more than just positive feedback.

In an interview with News 18, Arjun discussed his connection with Janhvi and Khushi, highlighting the significance of honesty in their interactions. He pointed out that true relationships are not sustained by mere compliments but by the capacity to offer constructive criticism when needed. “You can’t build relationships on just praise. You have to be able to call each other out when needed,” Arjun noted.

The actor commended Janhvi Kapoor for her dedication and grounded nature, as well as her willingness to take risks and explore various opportunities. He mentioned that although he doesn’t feel compelled to critique her, he is always available for support and they often have deep and meaningful conversations.

 

Arjun added that his connection with the 'Ulajh' actress extends beyond professional matters, with their discussions spanning a range of topics. He shared that being present for one another is vital, and while their conversations may cover everything from food to personal issues, the aim is to strengthen their bond.

Recognising that they are still in the process of nurturing their sibling relationship, Arjun, who stars in 'Singham Again', remarked, “You also have to realise that we are brother and sister but we have a long way to go to really find that deep-rooted connection on a daily basis.”

He also mentioned that he tends to spend more time with Janhvi, as she is a bit older, and while they frequently discuss work, he is open to conversations on any subject.

On the career front, Janhvi Kapoor was recently featured in the Telugu movie 'Devara: Part 1' and will appear next in 'Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari' alongside Varun Dhawan.
