Actor Ananya Panday, who is currently busy promoting her her film ‘CTRL', once opened up about how she deals with breakups. The actor recently confessed in an interview that she keeps an "ex-box".

Speaking with Fever FM, the star admitted that she has burned pictures of her exes when asked if she had ever thrown away a picture of them. “No, I’ve burned it, not flushed it. What if it gets stuck? That would be a bigger disaster,” she said in the interview.
When asked if she kept any keepsakes from a past relationship, Ananya replied, “Yes, I had an ex-box with some things and memories. I think Kourtney Kardashian did something similar; she had an ex-box filled with items.”
Although Ananya Panday recently ended things with Aditya Roy Kapur, she did not mention any of her former boyfriends. According to reports, Aditya and Ananya Panday broke up in March of this year.

According to a source close to the former couple, who spoke to TOI, both celebs are making an effort to move on while still being friendly with each other.
“They broke up almost a month ago. They were going quite well, and the breakup came as a shock to all of us. They are cordial with each other. Ananya is trying to move on; of course, there’s hurt. She is spending time with her new furry friend. Aditya is also trying to deal with the situation maturely,” the report quoted the source as saying.
Aditya Roy Kapur gave an explanation for his dignified silence about his personal life after their breakup. In an interview with Lifestyle Asia India, the actor said, “I feel like, why let it in? Why do I have to spend time processing some rubbish that I don’t need to? It’s not helping me. It’s almost become a sport now where people know that their opinions can be out there and find it necessary to have opinions. They just want to say something about everything.”

When Ananya and Aditya appeared together at Kriti Sanon's Diwali celebration in 2022, there were first rumours that the two were dating. During a few episodes of his chat show Koffee With Karan, filmmaker Karan Johar also hinted that Ananya and Aditya were dating. They have since been seen together on overseas holidays and at airports.
Meanwhile, 'CTRL' will be streaming on Netflix starting October 4, 2024.
