New Delhi: On Saturday, Bipasha Basu gave birth to a baby girl at Hinduja Hospital in Khar, Mumbai. Bipasha and Karan got married on April 30, 2016 in Mumbai. They have gone on record to mention how they have tried to have a child for quite some time but during the pandemic had decided to delay.
Well, now the Bollywood couple Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover have announced the arrival of their first bundle of joy, a daughter and have named her Devi Basu Singh Grover.
Bipasha and Karan took to Instagram to make the announcement. They also shared a picture of their daughter's little feet in the hands of both parents.
A small note too was attached with the picture, which read: "12.11.22, Devi Basu Singh Grover. The physical manifestation of our love and blessings of Ma is here now and she is divine."
Alongside the post, they wrote: "Blessed."
Bipasha and Karan Singh Grover have welcomed their first child after enjoying six years of marital bliss. Bipasha was very excited about her first pregnancy and shared pictures and videos that showed her embracing a new phase of life.
Bipasha kept her social media quite updated during her pregnancy, sharing with fans pictures and snips of her journey. Soon after Karan and Bipasha made the announcement of their daughter on their social media handles, congratulatory messages began to pour in.
Sonam Kapoor, Shamita Shetty, Dia Mirza are among the few celebs who have shared their happiness on the news.
Bipasha and Karan first met on the set of Bhushan Patel's film 'Alone' in the year 2015, and they tied the knot after a year of dating, in April 2016.
