New Delhi: Kartik Aaryan's 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' has finally ended the drought of commercial cinema at the Bollywood box office. The film is all set to enter the 100 crore club on Saturday.
On its second Friday, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 managed to collect Rs 6.52 crore, bringing its total collection to Rs 98.57 crore. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#BhoolBhulaiyaa2 marches ahead gloriously, unaffected by the new opponents... Expect bigger numbers over the weekend... Will hit 💯 cr today [second Sat]... #KartikAaryan's second film to hit century, after #SKTKS... [Week 2] Fri 6.52 cr. Total: ₹ 98.57 cr. #India biz.”
The film still has a stronghold at the box office and is unaffected by new releases like Ayushmann Khurrana’s political drama ‘Anek’ and Tom Cruise’s ‘Top Gun: Maverick’.
Kartik has garnered much appreciation for his role in the film that also stars Kiara Advani, Tabu, Rajpal Yadav, Sanjay Mishra, and others.
The success of 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' has moved mountains in Kartik Aaryan's career graph. He has carved a niche for himself, going on to win the audience's hearts with his stellar performance in the horror-comedy thriller, as Rooh Baba.
