Days after netizens slammed Yuvika Chaudhary over her ‘casteist slur’ in a video and demanded her arrest, it’s now Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda who is facing the wrath of angry fans on Twitter after an old video of him making joke in poor taste on former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati went viral.


In the video, the actor began by saying, "I think I will tell a very dirty joke." The audience laughed and cheered after the actor finished the joke.


The video did not go down well with a section of netizens who has called the actor's behaviour "casteist", "sexist" and also demanded his arrest.


Sharing the video, a user tweeted: "If this does not explain how casteist and sexist this society is, especially towards dalit women, i don't know what will. the 'joke', the audacity, the crowd. randeep hooda, top bollywood actor talking about a dalit woman, who has been the voice of the oppressed."


The hashtag ‘Arrest Randeep Hooda’ has been trending since Friday morning.


The Twitterati used #ArrestRandeepHooda and lashed out at him for the same.
