Ajrun Bijlani, who is a part of popular reality show 'Smart Jodi' made shocking revelations about his life. He opens up about the period when he was unemployed.
During the upcoming episode's promo, we can see Arjun opening up about the difficult time after his marriage. His wife Neha became pregnant only a year after they married. Although his financial condition wasn't ideal, they decided to terminate the pregnancy.
Arjun explained his struggle on the stage, saying, “Humari shaadi jab hui, 1 saal hi hua tha jab humein pata chala ki she’s pregnant. Wo 1-1.5 saal hai na main kaam nahi kar raha tha us time par. To obviously bachche ki ek bahut badi responsibility hoti hai, to hum us cheez ko aage nahi le jate. Fir ye maani-royi, merko bhi ajeeb ho raha tha but finally maine soch liya tha kyunki mere account mein us time Rs 40,000-50,000 bache the, main kya hi bachcha karta yaar. Hum pahuche hospital ki hum nahi karenge use. (A year after our marriage, Neha became pregnant. I hadn't worked in over a year and a child's responsibility was so big that we decided not to go forward with it. Then she cried and understood and I also felt weird. But, with my current financial situation (40-50,000), I was unable to assume the duty of raising a kid. As a result, we ended up going to the hospital to terminate it)."
The duo is said to be one of Smart Jodi's highest-earning couples. Arjun Bijlani and Neha Swami make about Rs 7 lakh per episode. After starring in ‘Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi’ in 2015, the actor's career took off. After then, he was cast in ‘Naagin’ and hasn't looked back since.
