It is known to everyone by now that four members of the Bachchan family had tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Amitabh Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan tested positive for the virus on July 11. Soon after that, both mother and daughter Aishwarya and Aaradhya tested positive. At first, they were not hospitalised as they were showing no symptoms for the but shortly after, they were admitted in the hospital as they started showing symptoms.


Recently, Junior Bachchan took to his Twitter to share soe happy news with the fans and followers. He shared through his tweet that both Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan have been tested negative for the virus and have been discharged from the hospital. However, Big B and Abhishek will remain in hospital under the care of medical staff.

The tweet read, “Thank you all for your continued prayers and good wishes. Indebted forever. Aishwarya and Aaradhya have thankfully tested negative and have been discharged from the hospital. They will now be at home. My father and I remain in hospital under the care of the medical staff.”



Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan have been undergoing treatment for COVID-19 in Nanavati Hospital. Both the father-son duo are quite active on social media and have been thanking their followers for their prayers and good wishes.

A few days back, Big B shared a picture on his social media of his fans gathered outside his home ‘Jalsa’ and thanked them for their love and support. He wrote, “- the hands that you raise in love and support are my strength .. this I shall never ever allow to vanish from my system .. so help me God ! ये Jalsa के फाटक आज sealed हैं सुनसान हैं .. लेकिन उम्मीद पे दुनिया क़ायम है । God willing they shall be filled with love again”


Aishwarya and baby Aaradhya’s recovery is great news to hear. We pray and hope for the speedy recovery of Big B and Junior Bachchan.
