Amidst the political storms that seem far from over, after two separate rows broke out following Shiv Sena (UBT)'s Priyanka Chaturvedi's filmy jibe 'Mera Baap Gaddar' on Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and his son; and Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "Tempo loads of money" claim against Rahul Gandhi, former Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray slammed the PM for his remarks while also training guns at Eknath Shinde.

During an election rally at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in Maharashtra, the Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray, hit out at PM Modi saying that since he is the Prime Minister, he must know where the Enforcement Directorate and Central Bureau of Investigation went. Thackeray asked: "So, where did the ED, CBI and I-T go? Did they go to have lemonade at the carts of 'gaddar'?"

The former CM made these comments in reference to PM Modi's claims that there was a clandestine deal between Adani-Ambani and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi and that he got "tempo loads of money".

Commenting on the same, Thackeray said: "You say whatever comes to your mind - that why did Rahul Gandhi stop speaking against Adani and Ambani, that Rahul Gandhi collected tempo-full of money."

Questioning the PM why he did not do anything if he knew about it, the Shiv Sena (UBT) chief asked: "When you had information, why did you not raid? If black money reached Rahul Gandhi in tempo, it is you people who had brought demonetisation last time to remove black money."

In a separate controversy, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi on Wednesday launched scathing attacks at Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde and his son, Shrikant Shinde, saying the latter has "Mera Baap Gaddar Hai" written on his forehead. The remarks were made in reference to Eknath Shinde joining hands with the BJP and taking oath as Maharashtra's Chief Minister in 2022.

Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray also teared into the saffron party saying,"There is a vast difference between the Hindutva of BJP and ours. Our Hindutva lights stoves in houses, but BJP's Hindutva burns houses."
