New Delhi: As the political buzz has risen all over the country in the wake of forthcoming Assembly polls in 5 states, a complaint has been lodged against Rajasthan Minister Dhan Singh in Banswara over his controversial speech where he dragged in ‘Hindus and Muslims’, spurring a row.

Speaking on the upcoming elections, Dhan Singh during a speech delivered by him on October 26 urged all Hindus to vote for BJP.

“'In Rajasthan, all Hindus should vote for the BJP. If Muslims can vote en masse for the Congress, all Hindus should do so for the BJP” the minister had said.

Hurt by the statement of the minister, a person has now filed a complaint against him. Though, no action has been taken so far.

The Assembly elections in Rajasthan are set to take place on December 7. The voting is going to take place in single phase.




The counting of votes for the same is set to take place on December 11.
