Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a public rally in Barwani, Madhya Pradesh, on Monday where he assured the people that all promises made to them would be fulfilled. Taking a jibe at the opposition, PM Modi suggested that the Congress could promise anything, even a "castle of gold," to secure votes. He referenced Rahul Gandhi's 2017 comment about making gold from potatoes.

In a prelude to the upcoming Madhya Pradesh assembly polls, the Prime Minister accused the Congress of corruption, misrule, and a surge in crimes, especially against women.

PM Modi remarked, "It is BJP's track record that it does whatever it says. Write down my words; all promises made to you will be fulfilled. Ye Modi ki guarantee hai."

Modi accused the Congress of seeking power in Madhya Pradesh to fill its coffers, citing examples from Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan, where he alleged piles of notes earned through illegal means were emerging daily.

PM Modi highlighted instances of violence, including the 2022 killing of Kanhaiya Lal, a tailor in Udaipur, Rajasthan. He lamented the rise in crime rates and riots in states governed by the Congress.

PM Modi expressed concern over the mismanagement in Congress-ruled states, asserting that wherever the party holds power, crimes escalate, riots become commonplace, and atrocities against women intensify. He claimed that states have witnessed prosperity only after removing the Congress from power.

He also criticised the rival party, stating, "Slogans like 'sar tan se juda' (reference to beheading) were heard in Congress-ruled Rajasthan."

PM Modi remarked that the tribal community had been "neglected" by the Congress Government, and the BJP worked towards providing them with respect.
