New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janta Party on Saturday released its manifesto for the upcoming Assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh. The manifesto, which was named as ‘Drishti Patra’ by the party was released by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in the presence of Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.


While addressing a briefing CM said that his government has developed ‘backward MP’.

The manifesto has laid special focus on girl child and farmers; where special arrangements and provisions are promised to both in the next 5 years.

Major takeaways from BJP manifesto:

  1. The government has promised to double the farmer income if elected to power. It also promised to give bonus in the accounts of small farmers.

  2. MP BJP also promised a pakka house to every poor. “Will give a shelter to every poor person in the state” CM said

  4. Laying special focus on girl child, CM while reading out party’s manifesto said that will provide free travel facility to girl child from school and house and also then government would provide a scooty to every girl who scores over 75% in 12th board exams

  5. The manifesto also mentioned major developments in infrastructure sector. The government promise building Narmada Expressway and Chamba Expressway; Also claimed that Gwalior and Jabalpur will get a metro of the party comes to power. CM Also said that a mini smart city will be built inside MP
