New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party on Monday released its party manifesto for upcoming Lok Sabha elections at party office in Delhi. The Sankalp Patra, as named by the government lays focus on issues like Ram Mandir, farmer distress, triple talaq and terrorism. BJP in its manifesto promised that India will become 3rd largest economy by 2024 by infusion of capital investment of Rs 100 lakh crore.


The party also made several promises to strengthen the economy.Here are some of the measures the party has promised to turn Indian into a developed nation.

  1. The manifesto promises to further strengthen Ease of doing business ranking. The index which ranks countries against each other based on how the regulatory environment is conducive to business


 

  1. The Sankalp Patra also promised to work towards improving GDP share from manufacturing sector, as by increasing the produce, the GDP would go up and therefore, job opportunities would also increase.


 

  1. It aims at working towards doubling the total exports of the country, which would get the country more revenue.


 

  1. It also promises to establish National Traders Welfare Board and create national policy for retail trade which for the growth of retail business.


 

  1. It further aims to work towards creating a single window compliance and dispute resolution mechanism for MSMEs


 

  1. It ‘strives’ to ensure reduced tax rates, higher tax collection and greater compliance. Work towards ensuring a greater taxation regime.


 

  1. The manifesto further says ‘In order to incentivise ease, compliance of law and ease of doing business, amend the companies act to impose civil liability for technical and procedural defaults of a minor nature, thus unclogging the majority of cases from courts’.
