PM Modi in Nagarkurnool, Telangana, said, "The people of Telangana are also saying 'Teesri baar Modi sarkar' ."

"The election dates (for Lok Sabha polls 2024) will be announced in Delhi in some time. However, people of the country have already announced the results even before the election dates are officially announced. The country has announced 'abki baar 400 paar', and the crowd here at Nagarkurnool is a testimony to that," he said.

Further, PM Modi said that Congress and BRS together shattered every dream of Telangana's development.

"Congress gave slogan of 'Garibi Hatao', has there been any change in the lives of poor," he asked.

On Friday evening, Prime Minister Modi held a roadshow in the Malkajgiri Lok Sabha constituency in Hyderabad. Donning a saffron-colored cap, PM stood atop an open-roof vehicle, waving to the crowds lining both sides of the road who enthusiastically greeted him. Some spectators even gathered on building terraces to catch a glimpse of the Prime Minister.

According to a statement released by the BJP, Modi is scheduled to address a rally in Jagtial on March 18.

With an eye on significant electoral gains in the southern region, the BJP is actively campaigning. In the 2019 general elections, the party secured four out of the total 17 Lok Sabha seats in Telangana. Opting to contest independently in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Telangana, the BJP is optimistic about improving its electoral performance.
