BJP president JP Nadda on Sunday launched 'Nahi Sahega Rajasthan' campaign in an attempt to build a strong ground for his party for Rajasthan assembly elections later this year. Nadda was given a warm welcome at the Jaipur airport by party leaders. He was received by state party chief CP Joshi, leader of the opposition Rajendra Rathore, deputy leader of the opposition Satish Poonia and others. Addressing a rally here, Nadda said that it is the character of CM Ashok Gehlot's government to send money to Delhi and openly encourage corruption.
Nadda said that the Rajasthan government loots people and has broken all records of atrocities against Dalits, tribals, and women. He said that it has no right to be in power. Accusing Gehlot's government of doing vote-bank politics, he said that Congress in Rajasthan worked towards the demolition of houses of refugees from Pakistan with bulldozers, quoted PTI.
"...We are trying to protect the culture and do development work, but there is an obstacle in that development, that is oppression, tyranny, favouritism and corruption within the Rajasthan government by CM Ashok Gehlot...," BJP national president JP Nadda during the 'Nahi Sahega Rajasthan Abhiyan'.
While the government led by Modi ji at the center is continuously helping Rajasthan to move forward without any discrimination," Nadda added.
He further said that Rahul Gandhi had said that Congress will waive off the loans of the farmers of Rajasthan. "But the loans were not waived, but the land of 19,500 farmers was confiscated by the Gehlot government," he added.
Nadda further said, "This government is a government that loots, tortures and brings bad governance. Such a government does not have the right to remain even for a minute and I am sure that you will show the way out to this government in the coming November."
