Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday continued his attack on the BJP over caste census saying it was a conspiracy that the government does not want to tell the real population of OBCs.
"What is the population of OBCs in this country? No one can tell, because there is a reason. There's a conspiracy, they do not want to tell you about your real population. The OBC population in this country is at least 50 per cent," he said while addressing an election rally in Nohar, Rajasthan.

This is just for a photograph...Rahul Gandhi knows that nothing is going to come out Rajasthan. Former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister and BJP candidate Raman Singh has urged the voters in the state to exercise their franchise for the second phase of polling in the state.
"The second phase of elections will be held on 17th September. Voting will be held on 70 assembly seats. I urge all voters to exercise their franchise...and play an important role in forming a good government in the state and country," Singh said.
Following the release of the manifesto in Rajasthan, BJP National General Secretary Arun Singh says, " For Rs 450, Ujjawala gas connection will be provided and we will introduce so many schemes for the poor...our main goal is the welfare of poor and farmers in Rajasthan."
"Whoever sabotaged with the future of youths of Rajasthan, whoever has looted poor people of Rajasthan, there will be strict action against them by forming an SIT," he added.
Bharat Rashtra Samithi MLC K Kavitha's vehicle was checked by the police earlier in the day in poll-bound Telangana's Nizamabad.

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday attacked Union minister and her former party colleague Jyotiraditya Scindia, calling him a traitor.

The political heat is soaring even amid dropping temperatures as the polling dates draw near in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Telangana.

Voting in the northeastern state of Mizoram has already taken place along with the first phase in Chhattisgarh on November 7 and Chief Minister Zoramthanga has exuded confidence sayin his ruling Mizo National Front will sweep the polls and will win more than the majority mark of 21 seats in the state.
The counting of votes for all the five states will simultaneously take place on December 3.
