The average assets of these 55 re- contesting MLAs fielded by various parties including independents in 2015 was Rs 7.25 Crores.

Among major parties, the average assets per candidate for 70 AAP candidates is Rs. 15.25 crores, 66 INC candidates is Rs 11.68 crores, 67 BJP candidates have average assets of Rs 10.22 crores, 66 BSP candidates have average assets worth Rs 62.67 lakhs, 5 NCP candidates have average assets worth Rs 2.14 crores and 148 independent candidates have average assets worth Rs 80.90 lakhs.
Education details of candidates
340(51%) candidates have declared their educational qualification to be between 5th and 12th, while 298(44%) candidates have declared having an educational qualification of graduate or above. 12 candidates are diploma holder and 6 candidates are literate. There are 16 candidates who are Illiterate.

A DHANWATI CHANDELA A from AAP has secured a win from Rajouri Garden Assembly Constituency. As per the final vote count, A DHANWATI CHANDELA A won the polls, while BJP's RAMESH KHANNA and INC's AMANDEEP SINGH SUDAN lost in the election.

Aam Aadmi Party Dhanwati Chandela is pitted against Bharatiya Janata Party Ramesh Khanna and Congress Party Congress Party Amandeep Singh Sudan Voting in Rajouri Garden Assembly was held on 8 February in which 60.74% voters exercised their vote.
