Adilabad: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Godam Nagesh from Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) won the elections by a margin of 171290 votes. The polling / voting in Adilabad constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 1 on 11 April. The major contest is between Telangana Rashtra Samithi#s Godam Nagesh and Congress Party#s Ramesh rathod

In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Telangana Rashtra Samithi won 11 out of the 17 parliamentary seat with 33.9 percent vote share while the Congress managed to win just 2 seats with a 20.5 percent vote share.

• 1998 Lok Sabha Elections: In 12th Lok Sabha election, Telugu Desam Party candidate defeated Indian National Congress candidate with a difference of 33534 votes. Here, Telugu Desam Party leader Dr.S.Venugopala Chary attained 291168 votes and Indian National Congress candidate Allola Indrakaran Reddy bagged 257634 votes
• 1996 Lok Sabha Elections: In 11th Lok Sabha election, Telugu Desam Party candidate defeated Indian National Congress candidate with a difference of 37360 votes. Here, Telugu Desam Party leader S. Venugopala Chary attained 286477 votes and Indian National Congress candidate Allola Indrakaran Reddy bagged 249117 votes

हरीश साल्वे ने साफ कहा है कि ''इस मामले में पाक की सैन्य अदालत पर भरोसा नहीं किया जा सकता है. उन्हें इस मामले पर दोबारा विचार करने का मौका नहीं दिया जाना चाहिए. जाधव निर्दोष है और उसे जल्द ही रिहा किया जाना चाहिए.''

हरीश साल्वे ने कहा, ''पाकिस्तान का आचरण विश्वास के लायक नहीं है. पाकिस्तान ने एक भारतीय को हिरासत में लेकर उसे बलूचिस्तान में अशांति पैदा करने वाले आतंकवादी और भारतीय एजेंट के रूप में दिखाया है. भारत के खिलाफ माहौल बनाने के लिए पाकिस्तान जाधव का इस्तेमाल कर रहा है.''
