The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has announced the dates for the West Bengal Class 10th Board Exams 2025. As per the official announcement, the West Bengal 10th (Madhyamik) Exams 2024 will be held from February 12 to February 24, 2025, news agency PTI reported. An official statement from the WBBSE was reported saying that the detailed exam schedule for the WBBSE 10th Board Exams 2025 shall be notified at the time of publication of the West Bengal Board Exam Results 2024.
“This is to notify all concerned that the Madhyamik Pariksha 2025 is scheduled to commence from February 12, 2025 and will continue till February 24,” the official statement was reported as saying. On being asked about the date of release of the West Bengal Board Exam result 2024, WBBSE President Ramanuj Ganguly told PTI: “We usually publish the results within 90 days of the conduct of the exams.”
Notably, the West Bengal Board Exams 2024 are underway and an estimated 8.76 lakh candidates appeared for the West Bengal secondary exams 2024. The WBBSE conducted the West Bengal 10th Exams 2024 from February 2 to February 12 across the state. The WBBSE president further added that the board is working in full swing to release the results of the WB Board Exams 2024 by the said timeline, despite the conduct of Lok Sabha elections this year.

Candidates may note that while the West Bengal Madhyamik Board Exams 2024 are over now, the WBBSE Class 12 Exams 2024 are underway. The exams started as per the official schedule on February 16 and will conclude on February 29, 2024. While most exam papers of the 12th boards were held from 09:45 am to 01:00 pm, the exam for physical education, visual arts, music and vocational subjects were held for a duration of two hours.
