USPC CDS II Exam 2018: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released results for written examination on its official website – upsc.gov.in. UPSC had organized the Combined Defence Services Exam (CDS) II on 18th November 2018 at various exam centers across the country for candidates seeking admissions to (i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun for 147th Course commencing in July, 2019 (ii) Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, for Course commencing in July, 2019 (iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) for Training Course (206 F(P)) commencing in July, 2019 (iv) Officers Training Academy, Chennai for 110th SSC Course (NT)(for Men) commencing in October, 2019 and (v) Officers Training Academy, Chennai, for 24th SSC Women (Non-Technical) Course commencing in October, 2019.

A total of 7650 candidates have made it to the provisional selection list and are eligible to appear for the Interview round which is scheduled to be organized by the Staff Selection Board (SSB), Ministry of Defence. Next Steps:

The provisionally selected candidates need to register themselves at joinindianarmy.nic.in within next two weeks, so as SSB can issue selection centres and dates for the Interview round.

Candidates who have been shortlisted need to submit original certificates in support of age (Date of Birth), educational qualifications, NCC (C) (Army Wing/Senior Division Air Wing/Naval Wing) etc. claimed by them along with attested copies thereof, to Army Headquarters, A.G.’s Branch/Rtg./CDSE Entry Section for males and SSC Women Entry Section for women candidates.
