UPSC Result 2019: Union Public Service Commission has released the results of the written part of Civil Services Examination, 2018 on the official website upsc.gov.in. KanishaKataria has topped the exam, while Akshit Jain and Junaid Ahmad have held the second and third positions, respectively.

The exam was held by the UPSC in the month of September-October last year and the interviews for Personality Test was conducted in February-March, 2019. A total number of 759 candidates have been recommended for appointment. Following is the list, in order of merit, of candidates who have been recommended for appointment to Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and Central Services.

Meanwhile, for any query, candidates may visit the Facilitation Center near Examination Hall at UPSC’s campus during  working hours i.e. from 10am to 5pm. The selected candidates will be placed in the below-mentioned services of Government of
India as per the following segregation of vacancies:

1. Indian Administrative Service (IAS) – 180
2. Indian Foreign Service (IFS) – 30
3. Indian Police Service (IPS) – 150
4. Central Services, Group A and Group B – 384 and 68 respectively
