As per the official notification, out of 49,568 total vacancies, 31,360 posts are for Reserved Citizen Police and 18,208 vacancies are for Reserved Regional Armed Constabulary posts. Candidates will undergo two stages of the selection process i.e. First stage - Written Examination, followed by document verification and Physical Measurement Test.
Candidates who will qualify the first stage of Written Exam, DV & PMT, will appear for Second stage Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The final selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs 5,200 to 20,200 per month with Grade Pay Rs.2,000.
