The Director General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, has reopened the registration window for the state's NEET PG 2024 counselling process, starting from 7 October. Candidates who missed the earlier opportunity to register can now complete the UP NEET PG 2024 counselling application form through the official website, upneet.gov.in.


According to the updated schedule, the UP NEET PG 2024 counselling registration window will remain open until 9 October. Previously, the deadline for registration was 30 September.


"The date for online registration for counseling of UP NEET PG (MD/MS/Diploma/DNB)-2024 was fixed on 30.09.2024 at 11:00 am. In view of the requests made through email sent to this office regarding some candidates not registering themselves and not being able to deposit the security amount within the said time period and in the interest of the students, the portal for UP NEET PG (MD/MS/Diploma/DNB)-2024 online registration is being reopened," reads the official notice.


UP NEET PG Counselling 2024 Round 1 Registration: How To Apply?


Candidates can apply online by following the simple steps given below: 


Step 1: Visit the official website of UP NEET counselling at upneet.gov.in.


Step 2: Click on the 'Registration for state merit' under PG Counselling section.

Step 3: Enter all required details in the registration link.


Step 4: Now select the course, enter your roll number and email and log in.


Step 5: Fill the required details in the application form.


Step 6: Upload the required documents.


Step 7: Submit the registration fee.


Step 8: Submit the application form and download the confirmation page.

UP NEET PG 2024 Counselling: Required Documents


Candidates participating in the UP NEET PG 2024 counselling process must have the following documents:


- Copy of allotment letter

- NEET PG admit card

- NEET PG or NEET MDS scorecard

- Class 12 marksheet and certificate

- Marksheets from all MBBS exams

- MBBS degree certificate

- Compulsory rotatory internship completion certificate

- Permanent registration certificate (State Medical Council, MCI, or DCI)

- Reservation certificate (if applicable)
