The Directorate of Government Examinations (TNDGE) released the SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) results at 9:00 AM on May 16, 2025. A total of 8,71,239 students appeared for the exams this year. Of them, 8,17,261 candidates passed the exams.
The pass rate for this year's Class-10 SSLC Board Exams was 93.8%. Girls recorded a pass percentage of 95.88, while the figure was 91.74% for boys.
Tamil Nadu's School Education Minister, Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi, in a post on Facebook, said, "As per the orders of the Hon'ble Chief Minister MK Stalin, we are publishing the results of the 10th and 11th class public examinations for the academic year 2024-25 on 16.05.2025 at 9 am."
