The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the final result of the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2023. Candidates who appeared for the Detailed Medical Examination (DME) can now check their results by logging into the official website - ssc.nic.in. The commission has shortlisted a total of 49,590 candidates for allocation under various posts on offer through the SSC GD Recruitment 2023. However, the final selection list doesn’t include the list of candidates to be shortlisted 597 selected candidates The SSC notified the release of SSC GD Final Result 2023 through an official notification on its website. 


Notably, the SSC conducted the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2023 to shortlist suitable candidates for over 50,000 vacancies of GD Constables in CAPFs, SSF, Rifleman in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau. The SSC conducted the computer-based test for the recruitment from January 10 to February 13. The result of the test was announced on April 8, 2023, shortlisting a total of 3,70,998 candidates for the Physical Efficiency Test. Following the physical tests though, 93,228 candidates were called for the Detailed Medical Examination (DME). 


The SSC called for applications from eligible candidates to submit applications for the GD Constable Recruitment 2023 in November last year. While the number of vacancies notified earlier on offer under the recruitment was 24,369, the vacancies were further revised, capping the final number of vacancies to be filled under the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2023 at 50,187 vacancies.

  • On their homepage, click on the ‘Result’ tab

  • In the new page that opens, click on the link to ‘SSC GD Final Result’

  • In the next page, login using your credentials

  • Your SSC GD Constable Final Result shall now be displayed on your screen’

  • Check your result and verify all details mentioned in the same

  • Download your SSC Result for future reference
