SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the results for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier 1 exam soon. Once declared, candidates can check their results on the official SSC website at ssc.gov.in. The Tier 1 exam was conducted nationwide across various centers nationwide from September 9 to September 26, 2024.
The exam consisted of objective, multiple-choice questions covering General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension, with 25 questions in each section totaling 50 marks. All sections were available in both English and Hindi, except English Comprehension.
A provisional answer key was issued on October 3, and candidates were able to submit objections from October 3 to October 6. To qualify, unreserved candidates need a minimum score of 30%, OBC and EWS candidates need 25%, and candidates from other categories need 20%. This recruitment aims to fill 17,727 Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ positions under the central government.
SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam Pattern 2024 (Revised)
The SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam 2024 will consist of two phases: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is mandatory for all posts, while Paper 2 is only for candidates applying for the position of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation.
