NEET UG Result 2023 Declared Live Updates: NTA has released the NEET UG 2023 result on the official website at neet.nta.nic.in.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the results for NEET UG 2023 and made three scorecard download links available on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. However, the final answer key for NEET is yet to be released. Students will be able to access and download the PDF of the NEET UG final answer key from the NTA NEET website.

In the NEET UG 2023 exam, a total of 11,45,976 candidates have qualified. Among the states, Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of qualified candidates with 1,39,961 candidates, followed by Maharashtra with 1,31,008 candidates.
The details and schedule of NEET UG counselling will be made available on various official websites, including the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare's website and the respective Medical Education Directorates' websites of each state. These websites will provide comprehensive information regarding the counselling process, such as registration procedures, document verification, seat allotment, and important dates.
Similar to previous years, Maharashtra continues to have the highest number of candidates for NEET UG. In the current year, a total of 277,903 candidates registered for the examination in Maharashtra. Out of these, 273,819 candidates appeared for the test, and 131,008 candidates have successfully cleared the exam.
Pranjal Aggarwal, Ashika Aggarwal, Arya RS, Mimansha Moun, and Sumegha Sinha have emerged as the top-performing female candidates in NEET UG 2023.
A total of 11,45,976 candidates have qualified for the exam. 20,38,596 candidates appeared for NEET-UG 2023 exam this year.

Additionally, NTA has stated that the highest number of qualifying candidates in NEET are from Uttar Pradesh, followed by Maharashtra and Rajasthan. These details provide an overview of the top performers and the distribution of qualifying candidates in NEET across different states.

The NEET UG Results were made available on the DigiLocker App last year by the government to facilitate easy storage and verification of documents. Candidates can download the DigiLocker App and register themselves on the app to check their NEET Results on the app.

After the declaration of the NEET UG Result 2023, candidates who qualify in the examination will be required to participate in the NEET 2023 Counselling conducted by the MCC (Medical Counselling Committee).
Once declared, the NEET UG 2023 Results will be hosted on the official website - neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates will be able to check and download their results by logging in to the official website using their credentials.

Last year, the NEET UG Results were declared at 11:30 PM. Therefore, it is likely that the NTA will release the NEET UG 2023 Result at a similar time as well.
While the NTA is yet to make an official announcement on the release time of the NEET UG 2023 Result, reports have it that the result might be released by 10:00 PM tonight.

While the NTA is yet to make an official announcement, the testing body is likely to release the NEET UG 2023 Final Answer Key alongside the NEET UG Result 2023. Earlier on June 4, 2023, the NTA released the NEET UG 2023 Provisional Answer Key and started inviting objections/challenges against the same. The NEET UG 2023 Re-Exam Answer Key was also released yesterday, June 12.
The NTA (National Testing Agency) conducted the NEET UG 2023 Exa on May 7, 2023. The Exam was held in a single shift from 02:00 Pm to 05:20 PM, and the offline pen and paper mode. The exam was conducted at 499 centres in India and abroad, and over 20 lakh candidates reportedly appeared for the exam.
After the announcement of the NTA NEET UG 2023 result, qualified medical aspirants will be eligible to register for the MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) counselling process. The specific dates for MCC registration for round 1 of NEET UG counselling in 2023 will be announced in due course. It is important for candidates to stay updated with the official announcements and notifications from MCC regarding the counselling registration process.
In the case of candidates obtaining equal marks or percentile scores in the NEET (UG) - 2023, the tie-breaking policy will be applied as follows:
a. The candidate with a higher marks/percentile score in Biology (Botany & Zoology) in the Test will be given preference.
b. If the tie still exists, the candidate with a higher marks/percentile score in Chemistry in the Test will be given preference.
c. If the tie persists, the candidate with a higher marks/percentile score in Physics in the Test will be given preference.
d. If the tie continues, the candidate with a lesser proportion of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in all the subjects in the Test will be given preference.
e. If the tie still remains, the candidate with a lesser proportion of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in Biology (Botany & Zoology) in the Test will be given preference.
f. If the tie persists, the candidate with a lesser proportion of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in Chemistry in the Test will be given preference.
g. If the tie continues, the candidate with a lesser proportion of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in Physics in the Test will be given preference.
h. If the tie still exists, the candidate who is older in age will be given preference.
i. If the tie persists, the candidate with a lower application number will be given preference in ascending order.
In the previous year's NEET exam, Tanishka secured the first rank. Vatsa Ashish Batra, Hrishikesh Nagbhushan Gangule, and Rucha Pawashe achieved ranks 2, 3, and 4 respectively.
Along with the NEET Result, the rank list with marks will also be announced today. Students will be able to check result and other details on the official website at neet.nta.nic.in, ntaresults.nic.in and nta.ac.in.

Last year, the NEET UG cut-off for general category candidates was in the range of 715-117. For candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC), the NEET UG cut-off range was 116-93. In the case of OBC, SC, and ST differently-abled candidates, the NEET UG cut-off was 104-93.
It's important to note that the NEET UG cut-off for MBBS and BDS admissions for general category candidates is set at the 50th percentile, while for OBC, SC, and ST candidates, it is set at the 40th percentile.
As per reports, NEET UG 2023 Result is expected to be released by 10 pm.
The National Testing Agency has not yet released the final answer key for NEET UG 2023. The final answer key will be prepared by reviewing the objections raised by candidates against the provisional answer key of NEET UG 2023. It is important to note that candidates will not have the option to challenge the final answer key.
Candidates who have appeared for NEET UG 2023 can also download their result and scorecard from Digilocker. To do so, they need to create an account on Digilocker (digilocker.gov.in) if they haven't already. Once the account is created, they can navigate to the "Browse Documents" section and select "NEET score card" to access the PDF of their result.
For admission to the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medical and Surgery (BAMS) program, the NEET 2023 scorecard will be utilized. The Ministry of Ayush has released the admission rules for BAMS, specifying the eligibility criteria for candidates. According to these rules, candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in physics, chemistry, and biology overall in their Class 12 examinations. However, for reserved category students and disabled candidates, the minimum requirement is 40% marks.

Recently, a total of 50 new medical colleges have received approval in the following states of India: Telangana, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Nagaland, Maharashtra, Assam, Karnataka, Gujarat, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh. This approval has resulted in the addition of 8,195 undergraduate seats in these colleges. This development aims to further enhance the availability of medical education and healthcare facilities in these states.
As of now, the NTA has not officially announced the date and time for the NEET UG result 2023. However, according to media reports, the result is expected to be declared today, June 13.
Following the announcement of the NEET 2023 result, candidates who have qualified will have the opportunity to participate in the counselling process. The counselling for NEET UG 2023 will be organized by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The official schedule for NEET UG 2023 counselling will be released on the MCC's official website, mcc.nic.in.

Step 1: Visit the official website - neet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Under the 'candidate activity' section, click on the link for NEET UG 2023 result scorecard.
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new window where you need to enter your NEET UG application number and date of birth in the designated fields.
Step 4: After entering the required details, submit the form.
Step 5: The NEET result 2023 UG scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Download and save the scorecard for future reference.

NTA NEET Result 2023 Declared Live Updates: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the results for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2023 today, on June 13. A total of 2,087,462 candidates were registered for the examination, out of these, 2,038,596 candidates appeared for the exam. Among the appeared candidates, 1,145,976 candidates have qualified the NEET exam. Students can access their scorecards directly through the official website - neet.nta.nic.in. The NEET UG 2023 examination took place offline on May 7. The NEET UG 2023 examination was conducted in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu.
Over 20 lakh candidates appeared for the NEET exam this year. The NEET scorecard 2023 will provide details such as the percentile score obtained in physics, chemistry, and biology, the overall percentile score, the total marks achieved out of 720, the NEET All India Rank (AIR), category rank, and the cutoff score.
The counselling merit list will be prepared based on the NEET result. Candidates who have successfully qualified for the exam will be included in the NEET UG merit list. This list will then be forwarded to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) for the allocation of seats available under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) category. The validity of NEET scores for admission to Indian colleges is limited to the current academic session or one year.

However, the Medical Council of India (MCI) has extended the validity period to three years for the purpose of admission to foreign colleges. This extension allows students applying to international institutions to utilize their NEET scores for a longer duration, taking into account the potentially longer admissions process involved in such cases.
Earlier, NTA released the provisional answer key for the neet exam on June 4, 2023. Candidates were given the opportunity to raise objections to the answer key until June 6, 2023.
