KCET 2024: The Karnataka Examinations Authority, KEA will release the KCET 2024 round 1 mock seat allotment result soon. According to the schedule, the mock allotment result release date was August 7, 2024, but the results have not been released yet. Once released, students can check their mock allotment results from the official website at kea.kar.nic.in. The mock allotment result will be announced for Engineering, Architecture, Yoga and Naturopathy, Veterinary, Farm Science, B. Pharma, Pharma D, B.Sc (Nursing), etc courses but not for Medical, Dental, and AYUSH.


This year, two KCET mock seat allotment rounds will be conducted. The first mock seat allotment is only for engineering, architecture, yoga and naturopathy, veterinary, farm science, B-pharm, BSc (Nursing), etc courses - without medical, dental, and AYUSH courses and the second mock seat allotment will be conducted for courses including medical, dental and AYUSH courses along with engineering, architecture, yoga and naturopathy, veterinary, farm science, BPharma, PharmD, BSc (Nursing), etc.

According to the official notice, the fee for first-year students at government colleges, the University of Mysore, and the constituent colleges of Visvesvaraya Technical University (VTU) is INR 42,116. This includes university and other fees. After that, it will be INR 35,016 for each subsequent year. This fee structure applies to 50% of the seats in these institutions under the government quota in private-aided colleges.
