CBSE Begins Helpdesk To Assist Schools In Tabulating CBSE Class 10, 12 Results 2021

CBSE Board Results 2021: The board has started the helpdesk to assist schools in the tabulation of the CBSE class 10 and 12 results 2021.

CBSE Board Results 2021: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released an official notification regarding the tabulation of the CBSE class 10 and 12 marks 2021 on its official website. The board has started the helpdesk to assist schools in the tabulation of the CBSE class 10 and 12 results 2021. As per the notice, schools can address their queries to class-10-result-@cbseshiksha.in and class-12-result-@cbseshiksha.in. 

If schools think that the query can be resolved on the phone, they may contact the board on the following numbers: 9311226587, 9311226588, 9311226589, 9311226590. For IT-related queries, the schools can contact the board at 9311226591.

The board has advised schools to first send emails related to their queries. “While sending email, please mention your school no, school name, and city. Also, please ensure that mail should be short which is easy to read and understand. You may also annex screenshot, etc, with the mail clearly explaining your problem,” reads the official notification. 

The helpdesk will be active on working days from June 24, 2021, onwards, from 9:30 am to 5 pm. 

"The helpdesk will entertain queries related to result tabulation policy only. No general queries will be entertained," further reads the notice. 

Earlier, the CBSE IT Department had developed a portal to facilitate schools in implementing policy for the tabulation of marks for the CBSE class 12 board examination 2021.

On Thursday, June 17, the CBSE Board had announced the CBSE class 12 evaluation criterion 2021. According to the criterion, students of class 12 will be evaluated based on the 30:30:40 formula adopted by the CBSE Board. As per the formula, 30% of weightage will be given to the final result of class 10th and 11th examination, and 40% weightage will be provided to the pre-board exam of class 12th.
