ONGC Recruitment through GATE 2019 Score: The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has kickstarted the online application process on Friday to recruit 785 engineering graduates who’ve qualified the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2019. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their GATE 2019 score, essential qualification, followed by Interviews. ONCG will open the online window to upload scanned copies of certificates and downloading of interview call letters for shortlisted candidates from 5th to 20th May 2019. Interviews will commence from 10th June 2019.

Step 1 – Visit the official website - https://www.ongcindia.com

Step 2 – Click on the notification that reads, ‘Online application process for recruitment of Executives at E1 level through GATE – 2019’

Step 3 – Click on Apply Online tab

Step 4 – Fill the application form, pay application fee and complete the application process

Step 5 – Download the confirmation page and take a printout for further reference

Essential Qualification:

The applicant must be a graduate in the relevant stream of engineering and must have scored minimum 60% marks in his/her Bachelor’s degree. Interested candidates can read through the official notification to know the GATE 2019 subject and essential qualification for various job posts and roles.

Age Limit:

The applicant must be below 30 years for age (28 years for AEE Drilling/Cementing post) as on 1st January 2019. Age relaxation rules apply as stated in the official advertisement above.

Selection Process:

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the following matrix:

Weightage of GATE 2019 Score – 60 marks

Qualification – 25 (20 marks for essential qualification and 05 marks for in line Ph.D)

Interview – 15 marks
