NYKS Recruitment 2018: The Ministry of Youth & Affairs autonomous body Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan has released a recruitment notification on the official website nyks.nic.in, to fill 228 vacancies for the posts of District Youth Coordinator (DYC), Accounts Clerk cum Typist (ACT), and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) vacancies. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has initiated the application process on behalf of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan and interested candidates must submit their online applications on or before 31st December 2018.


NYKS Recruitment 2018 - Vacancy Details:

District Youth Coordinator  – 101 posts

Accounts Clerk cum Typist – 75 posts

Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)  – 52 posts

Eligibility Criteria:

Academic Qualifications:

District Youth Coordinator  – The applicant must be holding a Post Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The applicant with three years of experience in Youth activities/Rural Development/other social sectors including voluntary work in reputed will be preferred.

Accounts clerk cum Typist – The applicant must have completed B.Com  from a recognized university or should possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent with two years of work experience in Accounts. The applicant must possess typing speed 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Hindi language. The applicant should have good and basic knowledge of computer applications.

Multi Tasking Staff  – The applicant must have passed matriculation or equivalent examination. Candidates with Training in Basic and Refresher course in Home Guard and Civil defense will be preferred.

Age-Limit:

District Youth Coordinator  – The applicant must be below 28 years of age as on 1st January 2018.

Accounts clerk cum Typist – The applicant must be below 28 years of age as on 31st January 2018.

Multi Tasking Staff  – The applicant must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 25 years as on 31st December 2018.

Selection Process:

District Youth Coordinator  – Candidates will be selected on the basis of an online written exam and personal interview.

Accounts clerk cum Typist – Candidates will be selected on the basis of online written exam and typing skill test.

Multi Tasking Staff  – Candidates will be selected on the basis of online written exam.

Pay Scale:

District Youth Coordinator  – The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500/- (level-10)

Accounts clerk cum Typist – The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100/- (level-4)

Multi Tasking Staff  – The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 56, 900/- (level-1)
