The School Education Department, Karnataka is inviting applications for the post of Graduate Primary School Teachers for various subjects including English, Maths & Science, Social Studies. The selected teachers will be deployed to teach classes 6th to 8th in the state of Karnataka.
The Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test aka Karnataka TET 2019 is scheduled to be held on 18th and 19th May 2019 and then on 25th & 26th May 2019. Exams will be organized in two shifts viz 10:30 am to 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm on each exam day for Paper-1 and Paper-2, and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm for Paper-3.

Eligibility Criteria:
The applicant must be a Graduate or its equivalent from any recognized University with relevant subjects and must have secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
Age-Limit:
The applicants must fall in the age bracket of 21 to 40 Years. Age relaxation rules apply as stated in the official notification given below:
